The Prayer Room is the heartbeat of all that goes on at any House Of Prayer Missions Base; musicians, singers, and intercessors lift their voices in praise and supplication, asking God to fulfill His promise and give the nations of the earth to Jesus as His inheritance. The Prayer Room is a place where you can study the Bible, pray, sing, intercede, and meditate on God's word. The goal is to establish a 24/7 atmosphere of ‘night and day’ worship to seek God and make intercession for the nations.
Our role of intercession
In the 24/7 Prayer Room we make intercession for our community, for the local and overseas Church, and all the nations of the Earth. We believe one of the most important elements of the Prayer Movement is the establishment of places of intercession, where prayer warriors and intercessors can spend their lives in prayer before God; seeking His face and His Kingdom, to see our world change.
Types of Sets
Each prayer meeting functions with worship in one of the following formats:
Devotional: a more traditional praise and worship time.
Worship and the Word: like a singing bible study, all songs, popular or spontaneous, are based on a specific Bible passage throughout the set.
Intercession: a time of worship and prayer for a specific subject; such as an end to abortion, world missions, or the local Church Body.
